2012 March Break Camps at the NSA

The NSA is pleased to announce March Break training for all levels of juniors during the week of March 12th - 16th, 2012.

Performance/Skill Development Camp with Mike Way

This year we welcome back Mike Way, head coach of Harvard University and former coach to many of the top Canadian players in the last 20 years including world champion Jonathon Power, and current Canadian #1 Shahier Razik. This camp is open to any gold players from across Canada as well as U17/U15 strong silver players.

Details:
Monday to Thursday (March 12th - 15th)
U15/U13 gold players and silver players from 10:00am-2:00pm daily
U17/U19 gold players from 1:00-5:00pm daily
Sessions include 3 hours of squash instruction and 1 hour of fitness/stretching/rehab work
12 players in each session maximum with 3 coaches including Mike Way and Jamie Nicholls
Lunch not included, ample healthy snacks throughout the day.
Cost is $500 plus HST.

Skill Development/FUNdamentals Camp

This camp is perfect for any U15/U13 silver players as well as new players of up to 6 months (most be able to serve and rally) with some squash experience aged 8 and up. The camp will be run by our SD/Fundamentals team of Maia Kirk and Greg Hutner and will feature 4 hours of squash as well as off court activities like rock climbing and go-karting within Downsview Park.

Details:
Monday-Friday (March 12th - 16th)
12:00-4:00pm daily
Sessions include at least 2 hours of squash instruction, basic fitness as well as other recreational activities, match play and end of week tournament.
Lunch is not included but ample healthy snacks will be provided throughout the day.
Cost is $275 plus HST.
